    Tips For You

    Bathroom Tips
We all maintain our cars but often neglect our plumbing. I recommend treating your drains with regular maintenance, either a good snaking or hydro jetting. It's cheaper in the long run, plus a trained professional can identify any issues that could lead to water damage or microbial growth.
    Kitchen Tips

    1. First, garbage disposals are not for dumping food down! None! Not even a little bit.

    2. No grease! People spend lots of money on emergency situations to clear drains clogged with grease.

    3. Regular maintenance of your fixtures! Faucets and drains.

    Water Heaters

This is a big one! You used to be able to buy a water heater for cheap back in the day, but not anymore! Guess why? The government!

    1. Have a professional flush your tank annually and inspect it for issues.

    2. Change the anode every three years.

    3. If you have a tankless water heater, make sure you descale it every year and perform full maintenance every 3 years.

    Water Systems

I'd have to say the stuff that get's you is the issues you don't see or look at.

    1. Have a professional inspect your plumbing annually by checking the crawl space, water pressure, and looking for leaks.

    2. If you have a filter system, change as recommended

    Drain Lines

This is a hard one, the reason I say that is because there are so many scams out there. I'd just keep it simple.

    1. Use natural liquids like vinegar.

    2. No grease, period!

    3. Use a snake or hydro jet to restore the pipes to their natural state.

    Sewer Lines

Well, I’ve been in the trades for over 20 years and have seen more money spent on sewer lines than just about anything else, so be aware that lack of maintenance and ignoring minor issues with your sewer can turn into a major problem.

If you have any questions or think you have a problem, please let us be of service to you. Give us a call or book an appointment online. We’ll put your mind at ease and use our high-tech equipment to provide clear answers.

Give us an opportunity to preserve your investment!

Regular plumbing maintenance is crucial for safeguarding your home investment. Neglecting minor plumbing issues can quickly escalate into costly, unexpected emergencies. From water damage to structural problems, the repercussions of plumbing failures can be severe. By investing in routine plumbing checks, you can prevent these financial burdens and maintain your home’s value.
